Billing Changes Update
We are finding that a few groups have some errors on the new billings. Both All American Associates and Loyal American have worked very hard to answer your questions and correct any billing errors you may have experienced. The majority of these errors have been fixed but some are more complex than others and it is taking some time to work through and correct the more complex errors.
If you find any errors on your list billing, we suggest that you pay your monthly premium amount as you have in the past. Contact All American with any questions or errors and we will immediately work on your behalf to correct the errors to your satisfaction. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the billing changes, but this needed change will streamline the billing process, expedite billing additions and corrections, and enhance service for all concerned.

Administrative Changes for Loyal American List Billings
Recently Loyal American Life Insurance Company notified my office that the Loyal American list billings, (Cancer/Intensive Care, Specified Disease and Accident coverages), will be generated and processed in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office. Prior to this decision, the billings were generated and processed through All American Administrators/Benefits Direct of Kansas City, Missouri. These changes will become effective February 20, 2011 for the March billing cycle.
The changes to the current billing procedures will enable Loyal American to streamline the billing process, expedite billing additions and corrections, and enhance the service requriements for all concerned.
